By accessing or using our website, enrolling in any course, or contracting for any digital marketing service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Services and Courses
- Digital Marketing: We agree to provide the services detailed in a separate, written Service Agreement or Statement of Work. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., ranking position or sales volume) as these depend on external factors beyond our control.
- IT Courses: Enrollment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course material for the duration specified. We reserve the right to modify course content or discontinue courses.
3. Payments, Fees, and Refunds
- Payment: All fees for courses and services must be paid according to the pricing and payment terms established at the time of purchase or contract signing.
- Refunds: All payments are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase (e.g., a specific refund window for a course). Our refund and cancellation policies are final.
4. Intellectual Property
- DeepTech Property: All content on the DeepTech website and within our IT courses (including course videos, PDFs, logos, text, and methodologies) is the exclusive property of DeepTech. You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, resell, or distribute any course materials.
- Client Property: For digital marketing services, all materials you provide to us (e.g., your logo, existing content) remain your property, and you grant us a license to use them solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service agreement.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use our site or services for any unlawful purpose. This includes: harassing other users/students, violating any applicable Pakistani laws, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or course platform. DeepTech reserves the right to terminate your access or course enrollment without refund if you violate these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
DeepTech will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, courses, or services. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course or service that is the subject of the claim.
7. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
